POLICY OF QUALITY Institute of Meat Hygiene and Technology is leading scientific – research organization in area of production and investigation of foodstuffs of animal origin. Mission of Institute of Meat Hygiene and Technology is to provide high expert quality of employees by using scientific, research, development and laboratory potential with permanent presence in production sector, expertise, scientific, domestic and foreign public, with the aim to contribute to the development of industry, assortment and quality of products and supply market with safe food product. In that respect, Institute permanently contributes in integral protection of animals, and human health and environmental protection.
